Rilwan Lukamn has been touted as the best oil minister Nigeria has ever had but it is evident that the only thing He has been very good at is allocating oil wells to his cronies and to himself, whence he kept coming back as oil minister. How could an oil minister of a country have oil companies of his own, what will happen to the oil contracts. Is it not possible that this man has been giving contracts to his company at over bloated contract prices?.
Now the kidnappers have come to collect there own share of the loot, of course he will pay them.
It is true that kidnapping is a crime and am not justifying it for any reason, but it also a fact that Mr.Rilwan lukman has been stealing from the country,so it becomes a case of the thief and the thief, so he must payup early and save the life of innocent people working for him.
